BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation Adjustments, Cancellations, No Show Policy
A 25 percent (%) deposit is required to be paid for ALL bookings. Please confirm your party size at least 48 hours in advance. For parties over five (5) persons, the party host is responsible to pay for “no-show(s)” guests.
If you need to cancel within fourteen (14) days of your scheduled axe throwing session all deposits are non-refundable.
You may reschedule or cancel your axe throwing session up to 48 hours before your scheduled reservation time. Parties or individuals that cancel 48 hours in advance of their scheduled reservation time will be refunded any pre-paid amount less your 25 percent (%) deposit. If your event is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your scheduled reservation any deposits and/or pre-paid amount(s) are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy.
In the event that you need to reschedule your reserved axe throwing session, you may change the date and time of your reservation to a future date as a one-time courtesy, as long as we’re orally notified of the change 48 hours in advance of your original reservation time. Please note your original party rate might adjust as a result of rescheduling.
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation for any reason within 48 hours of your scheduled reservation, you will be charged the full reservation amount owed as a “Cancellation Fee” and your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation Fees will be held as credit to be applied to future parties reserved 30 days from the original party date. After 30 days from the original party date the Cancellation Fee is non-refundable and can no longer be applied to a future party date.
No discounts or refunds are offered if your party has a reduction of headcount unless notified 48 hours in advance. If space is available, additional guests may attend and will be charged the standard per person rate on the day of your party.
If you arrive late to your reserved time, your party fee will not be prorated and the full price will be charged. Additionally, if you arrive late, the session time will not be extended, and the session will end at its originally scheduled time. Please be courteous to our staff and arrive early to your session, with your completed waiver, and wearing closed toe shoes to enjoy your full hour of throwing.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your party time, your party will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged the full reservation amount using the card on file. This charge is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future reservations. PLEASE CALL (281-724-1123) IF YOU KNOW YOUR PARTY IS TO BE LATE. WE WILL TRY TO DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO WORK WITH YOU.
All discounts will be applied at the time of check-in, with proof of identification (ID). All sales are final at payment.
Regardless of party size, we do not accept cancellations resulting from or related to weather or Acts of God. If such an event occurs, we will work with you to reschedule the session when the arena can re-open.
Phone reservations are subject to the same terms and conditions outlined above. Once your phone or online reservation is confirmed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies and procedures of Axe Masters Texas as defined in the Reservation Adjustments, Cancellations, No Show Policy listed on our website and contained within our confirmation email.
